我用的是ISE10.1版本,器件是SPARTAN3A-200A,配置采用从串slave serial mode,将生成的bin数据流通过mcu配置fpga。
在生成prom文件步骤时,target我分别选了(1)Xilinx PROM 和(3)3rd-Party SPI PROM,PROM file Format选了bin,生成后我打开bin文件看了数据流发现不一样,开头分别如下

我又看了bit文件的数据,发现和(3)是一致的,而且(3)中的0xAA,0x99也和spartan3A中描述的开头一致,数据流中也含有Device ID信息
我想请问为什么2种方法产生的bin文件不一致,从串模式应该使用哪种数据流配置器件?谢谢!
